So can I have any configurations for that  Martini tunnel, l2circuit in
Juniper-speak

You need to decide what you want here. You cannot get the M10 to *route*
CLNS - for that you need a J series router. You can certainly get an M10
to transport CLNS as L2 in any of several different ways (e.g. in a
Martini tunnel, l2circuit in Juniper-speak).
