i think that link-state protocol, such as ospf/isis ,will calculate their
route independently. within a area, only LSAs area flooded, only in ABR,
which will export summary addr(identified as N) to other areas;so I think,if
there is prefix N learned from other IGP,whick has lower preference than
ospf,then the N ,learned from the IGP,will be installed in forwarding-table
,in other words,the N learned from ospf is not active route; but i think,the
ospf still export the N,learned from ospf, into other area, of course the N
will be presented as summary LSA(type 3 LSA)
