metric types in aggregates [9:590]

All,

When configuring aggregate, generated, or static routes under [edit
routing-options] there is a config option where you can specify metric
types.  For example:

bb@xxxxxxx# set defaults metric type ?
Possible completions:
                 Metric type (1..16)

I checked on the Juniper page and I have not found reference to these 16
metric types.   Could someone clarify what these are referring to.
