If you are at CCIE level, the written exam of Juniper (JCNIS) should be a 
piece of cake. I took the one-week  Juniper training and then reviewed the 
two books "MPLS VPN Arch" and "TCP/IP Vol 1" in one day and then passed the 
exam easily.
I don't think it's a lot harder, there are even some very stupid questions 
in JCNIS. But everyone has different background.
