Duration: 18 months
Job Description:
(What will the contractor do on that project?) 
70% Single point of contract for dedicated customers seeking technical
assistance
20% Once trouble ticket has been reported, keep customer informed of status
of trouble ticket and estimated time to repair.
5% Assists in the rapid assessment of both the nature and severity of
customers problems and initiates calls to various support organizations as
needed.
5% Assists in the collection of customer requested data such as traffic
reports as needed.

1) Router Entry Level  Required  
2) Customer Service Intermediate  Required  
3) Telco Entry Level  Desired  
4) DNS Intermediate  Desired  
5) Email Entry Level  Desired  
6) ATM/Frame Relay Entry Level  Desired
