70% Single point of contract for dedicated customers seeking technical
assistance
20% Once trouble ticket has been reported, keep customer informed of status
of trouble ticket and estimated time to repair.
5% Assists in the rapid assessment of both the nature and severity of
customers problems and initiates calls to various support organizations as
needed.
5% Assists in the collection of customer requested data such as traffic
reports as needed.
