Ya I'm not sure what they start at. I live in a decent neighborhood and
have a 3 bedroom townhouse and they want 800k for this place. I'm sure even
2 million is low for neighborhoods like Seacliff. The whole point is that
most people making 80k a year are going to have a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment
not a mansion. I was just disputing that the cost of living is not 100k
more from Tampa to SF for a normal person.
