Tampa, FL has a very low cost of living compared to most Metro area's. I
have lived here for almost 4 years. I have averaged in the high 60K's to
low 70K's. First, time I was able to buy a house. A 2000 sq ft house can
be bought for low 100K's to mid 140K's. Taxes about $2000/yr. The average
house selling price is around $100K.
