Ok, then your interviewing at the wrong companies.  If the company had
100+ routers, cat6k's and an ATM backbone connected with LS1010's, then I
guarentee you they would have been concerned about cisco certs.  But more
than likely they had an office full of IIS and Exchange servers, and
whatnot, and it was to be your job to maintain them.

It is.  But if a company is looking for someone to admin there NT boxes,
they won't be hiring a CCIE, anymore than a company looking for a backbone
engineer, would want an MCSE
