That is a very low salary for a CCIE.  Are you a recent CCIE?  I would think
you would already know what you are worth.

I would suspect there aren't a lot of jobs in that area so if that's where
you live already and don't want to move it may work out for you.  Tampa is a
fun place to live so it depends how important quality of life is to you.  I
rather enjoyed my trips to Tampa.  You can also use it as an opportunity to
get some training classes and possibly work on some other skills.  A year
from now when the market gets better then you can ask for a raise or take
another offer.
