HR is your FRIEND when it comes to degrees.
That is what THEY can relate to.

Good thing that technical people usually interview their own.

In my opinion, an education will always help.  Higher degrees
are always better than lower ones.  In eductation environments
and government, it is mandatory in order to advance quickly.

But you must also ask yourself, what do "I" want to do, then meet that
goal.
