Hi all recruiters,
i have noticed different informatin in resumes over the years some put age,
maritual status and other details
depending where they are in the world. Would there not be something in
defining what would suffice
in all coutries so people looking for work overseas do not put in details
which are irrelevent etc as i know
recruiters are not spose to modify resumes if they have specific details
like maritual status and age ? It also saves
us creating different versions of our resume :).
Could we devise a standard to help people create a resume that will fit all
criteria ?
