Thanks for Rob and Vijay for answering me.
The Nokia is in singapore, and of course the pay is less than US.
But then again, the disposable should be the same.
I am just worrying that taking a good job in Nokia will prohibits me
from learning cisco more hence will block my way to become CCIE. While
in Silicon Valley I might be CCIE on the job training, but the risk also
big there since it's moderately established.
As you see, working in nokia may only gave me another compensation
adujustment
several percent each year, while at sil.valley once i got CCIE status, I will
get doubled salary. :)
I'm a ccie candidate now.
