No one can answer that but you.  If you take a spot the problem approach to
this, your decision will make itself.

What's important to you, and which of these opportunities will give you
that?


Example questions to ask yourself (assuming any of these are important to
you and listed in no order of importance).

1.   Which pays more?

2. Which will help me learn and grow in my career?

3. Which offers me a better quality of life (housing, clear air, good
community, things to do, etc)?

4a.  If married, which will give me more opportunties to be with your
significant other and/or kids and/or pet?
4b.  If single,which will give me more opportunties to meet my significant
other and achieve 4a?

Nowadays, job security and stability are a thing of the past except at a
very few rare companies.   Instead of blowing your money on a luxury car,
save it;  that way, you'll have survival funds if your company goes downsize
crazy.
