Depends on the package offered. Where is the Nikia job? if in Tokyo, hope
the pay is GREAT. If in Korea,
or Phillipinnes(sp) you can do well with less. If it is more important for
you to get to the U.S. well
that's another story. Just be warned, Silicon Valley is VERY expensive.
There is a reason they are
willing to spend the time and money to sponser H1b.
