I totally agree with you. I don't expect him to know all the answers. I'm
just hoping he'd tell me he doesn't know and that he'll get back with me on
the answer instead of brushing it off like he did.

Oh well, my experience with Cisco SEs so far has been generally good but I
think it's just that particular office.
