All I had to do was sit through a one day class and then review the
workbooks
they gave us for a day, then log on to a website and take an open book test
to get my Cisco Sales Expert Small to Medium Business Solutions Certificate.
This was before I had ever seen or touched a real router so I don't think
the
certificate is worth that much outside of the dealer channel. It is a
requirement to have at least one on staff along with at least one CCNA and
one CCDA to qualify for Premier Partner status, and this can be the same
person for all three or not.
Joe Buchberger, CCNA, MSCE, etc.
