Happy Friday everyone!!  I'm back with some exciting openings that I hope will appeal to some of you!!

My client is looking for SE's (and Sales Reps - so if you know anyone, pass this along) in:
 
San Francisco, CA (Bay area) (Looking for a Layer 4 specialist here)
Los Angeles, CA  (Looking for a Layer 4 specialist here)
Las Vegas, NV
Denver, CO
Austin, TX
New Jersey
Virginia (Looking for someone with DOD experience.  Also looking for a SE Manager)
Mid-Atlantic (Looking for a Layer 4 specialist, someone with ISP exp and someone with commercial exp. in the DC area)
Midwest
Northeast (Looking for an SE Manager and a Layer 4 specialist)
 
**Basically, you can say that they are looking in all of the major markets**
 
The ideal candidate for this role will be very experienced with extensive Ethernet LAN switching and routing technical skills and a proven ability in sales support.  The SE's should currently be working with leading edge, high-performance technology.  The SE's will be will be responsible for both pre & post sales support.  They will be accompanying the sales person to develop new business.  The SE will also be consulting with the customer to propose & design a solution for their networking needs.  Once the solution has been designed, the SE will be responsible for the implementation & installation of the network.  This post-sales support may also involve troubleshooting & problem solving.  The SE should be a very senior level person.  Ideally someone who is at a CCIE level (not necessarily certified) or is certified with any other major vendors...(Cabletron, Cisco, 3Com, Nortel, Bay, etc).  The SE should also have a great deal of experience with multiple routing codes....RIP, OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, ODR, CGMP, ICMP, NLSP, RTMP, etc.
 
Compensation:  $130K (at plan) - Base contingent on experience.
20,000 shares of founders stock
 
Because they are in a fast pace to fill these slots, they will not be relocating or sponsoring at this time.
