Hello,
I recently signed a employment agreement to a start-ups pre IPO company in
Santa Clara, CA. I was offered 75 K base salary until the next 6 months,
where my performance will be reviewed.
I will get 15 days paid vacation, 10 days normal holiday ( new year, etc ),
Standard Packages like 401, insurance, etc.
The company will sponsor me to get H1B visa, paid for my relocation fee (
air fare ), and let me have 1 month of salary as signing bonus to spend on
first month logistic needs.
Do you think the offer good enough ? I am aware that the living expenses
is very high there ( single room cost at least cost you 1200 USD ).
