Hello-

Are there any CCNP's out there who concentrate in Network Security?  The
positions require about 60-70% travel, but allow you to choose your home
base city.  The only requirement is that you must be close to a major
airport.  A detailed Job description is listed below-

Description:  Security Systems Architects focus on managing and delivering
highly complex solutions to multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include management and direction of senior engineers and
technical personnel.   Candidates must interface with client IT managers &
users on technical issues involving project status and problem resolution.
Expertise should include an ability to apply knowledge of current & emerging
technologies to develop solution recommendations. Additional
responsibilities will include providing sales support by completing portions
of proposals, preparing packaged presentations, and conducting demos. The
ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities will be a
major factor in advancement. 
As a qualified candidate, you should have 8+ years of experience in
Networking, with the majority of your background in Network Security. You
need knowledge in security areas including: intrusion detection, firewall
systems, encryption technology, security policy, and authentication systems.
An RFP/RFI writing background and additional experience in pre-sales work is
also helpful. You will need to have a broad background in networking
technologies and be able to communicate it to clients and other employees.
The ability to design and implement new methodologies is necessary.
Financial management of a group and overall project management is also a
plus! Other tools and technologies that you should be familiar with include:
PIX, firewall one, checkpoint, routing protocols, CISCO IOS, web servers,
router access lists, frame relay, and protocol filtering. As a qualified
candidate you should also have one, or more of the following certifications:
CISSP, CCNP, CCIE, CCDP, CCSE, CCSA, MCP, MCSE, or any other security
related courses given by a specific product vendor. 
For the right candidate pay is between 90K-120K plus bonus.
