WAN Administrator

We are currently looking for a WAN Administrator to help support our Palo
Alto Development team. Day to day duties include user support,
administration, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and
installations. This includes software installs, administration and support
for various group projects with possible interface with our Business
Sales/Sales group in San Francisco. This is a growing and challenging role;
at this location we currently have 8 users that will grow to 25+ in 6
months.
Requirements:
BA/BS degree in MIS, CS or equivalent
5+ years hands-on experience in WAN/LAN and desktop support
WAN/Security experience with Crosspoint VPN/Firewall and Point-to-point T1.
VPN Support (Checkpoint, SonicWall, others)
Network maintenance (internal all the way to the firewall)
MUST have 5+ years of Unix/Solaris
MUST have 3+ years of NT/Windows experience
MUST have 5+ years supporting databases and servers
MUST have 3+ years experience supporting mail servers
Help set up production type environments (software/hardware) for QA
Work with Release Management to prepare for production releases
Able to add new servers
Help set up and administer user accounts
Set up development environments for new engineers
Regular back-up and maintenance
Update software in users' environments as needed
Work w/ IT in SF as needed
Assure system and data security
