Hello Rob,

My name is Perry Ducas. I am an Account Manager with DHR International Executive Search, we are the 6th
largest search firm in the US and growing faster than any other.

My firm has recently been hired to find at least one CCIE with interest in a position with a Global Network
Services firm in Southern California. I'm sure you are approached by recruiters consistently via phone and
email. My firm has a national reputation and seek only the most qualified individuals for our clients. This
is an opportunity to attain an equity position, live in one of the most beautiful localities in the
country, and work on the most challenging and cutting edge projects. I certainly would like to ascertain
your interest or find out if you know a colleague seeking an opportunity.

Regarding the hair issue, they may lower your options package but I don't foresee it as problem. Please
contact me via phone or email at this address or at the information below.

Thank you,

Perry Ducas
