I agree, no one here was born with a Cisco Router in their mouths! Everyone
in this
group was a "newbie" at one point in time, having to "LEARN" through
practicing/applying a specified skill. And must (successful professionals),
continue to repeat this process, in order to stay not only competitive but
competent. To berate anyone in this arena new or old, is immature and
foolish!
Can we not have a meaningful discussion with out making personal attacks?
Some techies have an (in)famous reputation, for having piss poor attitudes
or none at all. We all know the type.. Thinks he/she is the only one that
can config, script, or repair a piece of equipment or network etc.. And
everyone else is not worth the ground that he/she walks on.
The fact of the matter is, no one likes an asshole, no matter how much you
do or don't know! I would suggest for those of you whom don't have anything
constructive, or substantive to say, please not address this list. I'm
really tired of seeing personal (some with "racial" connotations), attacks,
flames with out reason, and negative/meaningless comments posted here.
This forum has helped a lot of professionals, and "journey" men/women in the
field of networking. And continues to help establish business contacts, job
leads, and commonly fosters pride & kinship among fellow Techs. Please let
it remain as such...
Sincerely,
Tony Weathersby
