You know Rob, you need to tone down that ego, and while you're at it, your
attitude too. I'm sick and tired of reading these bullshit messages every
day. This list is supposed to be constructive, so everyone who has an
attitude please stop POSTING. I have benefited greatly from this list and
others have as well...most everyone here is very friendly and
proffesional...let's keep it that way. Let's keep this list fun.

Mazhar,
Again, you have made me laugh. Please keep it up. After a hard days work
their is nothing I like better than coming home and reading some good
fiction. Keep it up my man.
As for your statement, just so we don't keep this post running for weeks and
bore our fellow techs, I will just say; Different strokes for different
folks.
If you are a manager and you want to hire low end people than more power to
you. Some one has too. A few years back someone hire me in the very same
situation as you described. You know most of us are not born with a router
in our mouth. As my friend pointed out, we all need someone to carry the
boxes to the trash.
That is what is all about. Paying your dues. Rolling your sleeves up, and
getting down in the trenches with the real warriors, helping out where you
can and learning everything that you see done.
Well, you have a good one, and say hi to your Camel for me.
Rob

well Rob off course you will feel bad coz you want
your monoply in your field and you won't want anyone
coming at your level so you will make noise. but it's
an advise for Manager's of IT field, that they better
look for alternate choices instead of playing blind .
I am not interested in full time cisco tech . I am
more in to management so i look for alternate and
better solution and for a stable and reliable system i
want to have multiple choices open for me . coz i
think there are a lot of companies i can get as
contractors and then hire someone(with basic knowledge
of cisco) to work with and learn about the company's
system etc. may be it make you feel bad coz your
monoply in the market is decreasing but i think you
have better choices to go for and take it +ve and be
an instructor etc. Aim at long term solution then
...... (just a suggestion).
