I still stand by my original post. As you said in your post, "There were five (5)
entry level positions to be offered, and guess what? All (5) five
positions were offered to our students who were attending the
community college here in Colorado Springs."
I think the key wording here is "five *entry-level*" positions. As I stated in my previous post, experience in the lab is very helpful in obtaining entry level positions. I still contend that it would be extremely foolish to try to sell 2 years in the
lab as real-world experience and then try to obtain a level 2 - 3 position on this basis.
