How about a CCNP with no IT background?
Would you guys hired someone like that for an entry level job?

I just finished in a private college on Microsoft/Novell networking.  I got
interested in Cisco about 6 months ago and started studying it in Nov.  I
got my CCDA and CCNA.  I done CLSC and is doing BCRAN next week.  I have 2
routers at home to play with.  I can afford to not look for work for next
two months and finish my CCNP then look for work.  What do you guys think
about a CCNP with no production experience?
