Hi
Yes there is a "hard time" for newbies. It is very logical... many of the
newbies to Cisco rather they have a Cisco cert or not, do have expeirence as
IT professionals. Just look at the explosive growth of disipointed MCSE's
turning to Cisco to get what they thought they would get from MS.
So it is very difficult for someone with no expeirence at regardless if they
have a CCxA or not. Personally I would rather hire a CCNA from a Cisco
Academy than a self study or week long class grad.
