Maybe that's what a lot of us have been asking for. But few wants to give that opportunity.We realize a certification is just a way to get the door open for an opportunity. We are not asking for a megga buck job just a chance.

It's not the certification that should get you the job.  maybe you should try getting a position utilizing the equipment first.  Then use that experience to move to the next level.
