in addition,if cisco's definition ia as same as juniper's,then there is no
doubt,because local bgp generated route with weight value 32768 and as_path
value null. but is cisco following avici's definition,how to recognize ibgp
route and bgp local route.
i find nothing about bgp local route on CCO and RFC 1771.
