you've got a DSL router somewhere, I don't think PIX supports Direct DSL
connections. it's not a DSL router.

you won't be able to load share, but can have redundancy.
load sharing or load balancing needs to be configured on both ends, 
from the same ISP.

you could dedicate only specific traffic (i.e. VPN) to one DSL IP.
but that doesn't support redundancy, web and mail traffic to the other.

you will probably need another router so you can define a single default
gateway for your network and then let the router make the decision which
path to take.
