Well, a CCIE with no real life experience is someone who anyway has a high level knowledge of networking... will have to do some real life experince but not for that reason he's worse than other CCIEs. I mean... the level of knowledge and confidence with the technology you have to acheive is the same for everyone. Also if you have gained it in a lab environment.
