sounds like you need to set a "tunnel default gateway"

This is on the vpn 3000 under 

Configuration | System | IP Routing | Default Gateways

also, on the 1760's remote the default route towards the provider..
leave just a static route towards the providers next hop ip for
your vpn 3000 (and the management box's public ip, so you can manage the
1760 if the tunnel is down).

Now the 3000 should push traffic towards the inside interface of the pix 515.
