I'm sorry to say that you cannot configure any failover with the
Restricted license. You will definitely need the UR license and at least
with the FO unite to configure failover. For LAN based, i believe you cannot
use the outside interface for that. The best is to allocate another
interface dedicated for the LAN based failover...
