If it is similar to the 2000AF then the defaults are
Port 1 1st Device - SPID 0555100001 DN (800) 555-1000
Port 2 1st Device - SPID 0555200001 DN (800) 555-2000
Port 1 2nd Device - SPID 0555300001 DN (800) 555-3000
Port 2 2nd Device - SPID 0555400001 DN (800) 555-4000
