Has your problem been solved?

You're having loss of frame. Check that:
1. you have the same framing format as your provider; should match with
framing format you used on 7206's.
2. line build out is correct; change it with cablelength short | long.
3. Doublecheck line coding as well.

If this doesn't help start troubleshooting physical layer first: HW
loopback; local and remote loopbacks; doublecheck clock sources ...

By the way, what happens when you connect 2610XM to 7206?
