Definiately a memory problem: This should say 16 MB, not 2 MB: "Copyright (c) 1986-1997 by cisco Systems 2500 processor with 2048 Kbytes of main memory" Makes user the DRAM is seated properly. Can you not boto at all? Does it not boot into ROM mode?
