Boot problem with new 6513 [7:71390]

I have a new 6513 Catalyst switch and am getting the following when I boot
the device:

Autoboot: failed, BOOT string is empty
rommon 1 >

Can someone lead me in the right direction on what to do to get the boot
string set up properly?
