You could use a dialer string. also you would want to run
debug dialer

debug ppp nego
dialer string example

encapsulation ppp
no ip split-horizon
dialer in-band
dialer idle-timeout 60
dialer string xxxxxxxxxxx class xxxBRI
dialer string xxxxxxxxxxx class xxxBRI
dialer hold-queue 10
dialer load-threshold 2 either
dialer-group 1
no cdp enable
ppp authentication chap
it will call the first number and then go down the list. If the 1st one
fails it will call the second one
