I looked up some more and tried something like:

class-map group1
  match access-group 100

class-map group2
  match access-group 101
...

policy-map root
  class group1
   bandwidth 32 / priority 32
   shape peak 128000
  class group2
   bandwidth 32 / priority 32
   shape peak 128000
...

int fast0/0
    service-policy input root

access-list 100 permit ip host xxx.xxx.xx.134 any
access-list 100 permit ip host xxx.xxx.xx.165 any
access-list 100 permit ip host xxx.xxx.xx.198 any
access-list 100 permit ip host xxx.xxx.xx.123 any

...

   Won't work either... Can anyone advise me what to
do next?

Thanks a lot,
