How about HSRP ?  This will enable both 7200's to share a virtual IP and mac
address, so that all machines will point
to that virtual IP.  Both 7200's can monitor that IP, and depending on how
you setup priorities, and which interfaces are being tracked by HSRP, either
7200 can seize primary role.  Not sure if you have redundant DS3 links, but
just a suggestion.  This way if one router fails, no cables or configuration
changes will have to be made on your network.
