I haven't had any experience to base this on, but you could try using the
"ip helper-address" command in conjunction with the "ip forward-protocol"
command to fine tune NetBIOS broadcasts between the two routers.
ip forward-protocol udp 137
ip forward-protocol udp 138
UDP port 137 is for the NetBIOS name service
UDP port 138 is for the NetBIOS datagram service
