Have you looked at Doyle Volume II Second Edition?  Wendall Odom also has 
fair coverage in his Multicasting section of the CCIE R&S Qualification 
guide.

Scott Morris also wrote the labs in Chapter 3 of the Solie book CCIE 
Practical Studies volume II.
