It was the IOS VERSION!!!!!

 

I rolled back down to c2600-i-mz.121-17.bin

 

>From  c2600-advipservicesk9-mz.123-22.bin

 

And I can't believe how fast it is !!!!!

 

Its like being telnetted into each router again! LOL!
