Configuring IPSec Between a Cisco IOS Router and a Cisco VPN Client 4.x for Windows Using RADIUS and TACACS ???

However the IOS support both Radius and TACACS for Network Authorization:

VPN-NOC(config)#aaa authorization network default group ?
  WORD     Server-group name
  radius   Use list of all Radius hosts.
  tacacs+  Use list of all Tacacs+ hosts.

Do any one use "network authorization" with TACACS ?
