Actually that office location is very convenient. Down stairs just around the corner there is a nice little pub that you can drink your sorrows away after the lab. Or you can hop the train (which has a station at the forum) and go down town. Plus if you need a close hotel, just about a 1/2-1 mile up the road there is a travelodge. The rates are reasonable and it isn't a bad walk down to the forum. Plus they have high speed internet access there too. I was just there in Feb 07 and found the area to be fairly decent. best of luck mate!
