Albert,

1. The ISDN PRI can be configured in conjunction with the FXO.

Under the pots dial-peer, the preference line determines which voice port will
be the primary for outbound calls.

2. The FXO can only backup the ISDN PRI for outbound calls and this depends
also on the PSTN.
