Default behavior in RP election in case of BSR posted 02/11/2007

Hi folks, What's the default behavior in case of a BSR? If the priorities are equal then the highest IP will be the BSR and the lowest IP will be the candidate RP (Jeff Doyle, vol.2, page 564). Please take a look at the jpg. The BSR elected is correct but why is the RP shown as 10.224.1.2 for the default group. In vol.2 they have shown it as 10.224.1.1. Any clues? Prasad.
