1) I believe that 6509 has a limitation on two-way( inbound/outbound)
span session. 

You can only config two of them on MSFC, but you can config a bunch of
one direction one. 

The newer IOS will support V-SPAN, which in theory give you unlimited
session.

2) This one I am not very sure if you can do any thing.
Try use Gig Dest. Port and reduce the source number? If it is
overloaded, it will drop for sure.
