You can probably find better resources than me, but for me I am taking
the following approach.

First, I am reviewing everything that I knew to pass the CCIE Written
test. Then I am working on small labs, topical labs related to a
specific technology (Trunking, EIGRP, QOS etc). Then formal training
from one of our esteemed training providers. After that I plan to do
full practice labs.

I have purchased a full CCIE kit so that I can train at home on my own
as well. Since I travel for work, I will also make it available online
so I can access it remotely.

Good luck,
