Quick one, here we are trying to prioratize some traffic through a DLCI,
CBPQ, no problems, but why mincir set to AR on the answers. No parts of this
solution uses adaptive shaping, so do mincir has a secret meaning other than
specifying the lowest bandwitdh for adaptive shaping ???
