Stefan,

You are missing the 'dialer load-threshold' command. This will tell the Router at what load threshold the second link should be brought up.

#dialer load-threshold 1 outbound

You also will need the 'ppp multilink' command.

I tried everything,
including command minimum 2 only on one side (but probably that is not a problem).
Also duplicated all commands on bri interfaces, but this doesn't help as well.


the same configuration worked for me yesterday but don't know why the don't know and don't know how to interpret the error messages from the debug ppp multilink command.

Only place this command "ppp multilink links minimum 2" on one router.
I believe you also need "ppp multilink" on the bri interface.
